When will my order ship?
We dispatch from Miami Beach the same business day for orders placed before 2pm ET, and the next morning otherwise. Standard delivery runs 3–5 business days and is free over $75. Full detail lives on the shipping page.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes — Canada and much of Europe, shipped at cost with duties shown before you pay. Expect 7–14 business days depending on customs.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed the moment your order leaves our dock. If it hasn’t updated after two business days, write us and we’ll chase it.
Which grip size should I pick?
Medium (4¼") fits most hands. Size down to Small for compact hands, up to Large if the handle vanishes in your palm — and when you’re between sizes, size down and fine-tune with an overgrip. The size guide walks through measuring.
Light or heavy paddle?
Lighter paddles are quicker at the net and kinder to the wrist; heavier, head-heavy builds add power and spin but demand cleaner timing. If your shoulder tires late in a match, go lighter.
Are your balls tournament-legal?
Our Sand-Rated set uses ITF-approved, match-spec beach tennis balls with pressure suited to sand play, and they hold their bounce through a hot afternoon.
How do I care for a carbon face?
Wipe grit off after each session and store the paddle in its cover. Keep it out of a hot car — sustained heat is what softens a foam core and dulls the pop over a season.
Are the supplements third-party tested?
Yes. CoastalHydrate and SunForm Recovery are blended and packed in a cGMP-certified US facility, and every batch is screened by an independent lab for label accuracy and banned substances.
How do I use the hydration mix?
Stir one scoop into 12–16 oz of cold water before you warm up, sip through the match, and top off after. On the hottest days a second scoop mid-session is fine.
What’s your return policy?
